Duration and Scope of the Promotion

Validity Period: The Promotion is valid from 00:01 on 24/11/2025 until 23:59 on
28/11/2025. After this date and time, the Promotion will automatically end.
Participating Sales Channels: The Promotion is valid exclusively on:

Purpose and Terms of the Promotion

The Promotion consists of two distinct levels of offers:

A) Basic Black Friday Offer (for all Customers)

The Promotion consists of applying variable percentage discounts (hereinafter
the "Basic Discounts") on a selection of products and/or categories
(the "Promotional Products"):
Applied Basic Discount: 20% discount applied to the Promotional Products.
Promotional Products: The Basic Discounts apply solely and exclusively to the
products listed in the dedicated section of the website and marked with a
"-20%" badge.

B) Exclusive Returning Customer Offer (Discount Code)

Customers who have made at least one previous purchase (hereinafter the
"Loyal Customers") will receive an additional and specific discount
code (hereinafter the "Exclusive Code") via email.
Value of the Exclusive Code: The Exclusive Code grants an additional 10%
discount on the purchase of Promotional Products.
Application Method: The Discount will be activated by using the Exclusive Code
at checkout.

Pricing Conditions (Transparency pursuant to Legislative Decree 26/2023 - Omnibus
Directive)

In compliance with Legislative Decree 26/2023, for all Promotional Products to
which a price reduction is applied:
The price displayed as "Previous Price" or "Strikethrough
Price" corresponds to the lowest price applied to the public in the 30
days preceding the application of the current price reduction.
If a Promotional Product has been on sale for less than 30 days, the
strikethrough price corresponds to the initial list price.

Limits and Restrictions

Availability: The Promotion is valid while supplies last. The Organizer does
not guarantee unlimited availability of the Promotional Products.
Purchase Limitations: There are no limitations regarding the quantities that
may be purchased.
Stackbility of the Exclusive Code:
The Exclusive Code is stackable with the Basic Black Friday Discount.
The application will occur in sequence.
The discount will be applied progressively (e.g., 20% basic discount + an
additional 10% on the already discounted price).
Excluded Products: The Exclusive Code is applicable solely and exclusively to
the Promotional Products.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranties

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the Organizer’s
standard rates unless otherwise specified. Customers are advised to consult the
Shipping section on the website.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns: The purchase of Promotional Products is
subject to the standard sales terms and the legal 14-day right of withdrawal
(pursuant to the Consumer Code), starting from the day the product is received,
unless the Organizer specifies an extended return period for the Promotion.
Legal Warranty: Promotional Products are covered by the two-year (24 months)
legal warranty of conformity provided by the seller, in accordance with the
Consumer Code.

Modifications and Suspension

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion
at any time, with prior communication through official channels (website,
social media), should justified reasons arise.
