SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Buy Puricraft products directly online and receive them in the comfort of your home in Italy and throughout Europe with standard shipping in 4-5 business days.

Shipping and delivery will be handled by Check Up Srl as the distributor of Puricraft products.

For shipments outside the European Union please contact us at orders@check-up.it .

For such shipments, delivery costs will be communicated to you before your purchase. Please also note that Products sold outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, fees and/or duties. Such taxes, fees and/or duties cannot be provided for in advance by Puricraft and are, in any event, entirely your responsibility. For more information, you may contact the customs office in the country of delivery of the Product.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and, as soon as the item leaves our warehouse, a shipment notification e-mail containing tracking to follow the delivery status of your order.

When you receive your products, remember to check their condition upon delivery. If your package is damaged, contact our customer service department at orders@check-up.it .
