RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We remind you that the Puricraft products are sold by Check Up Srl.

Changed your mind and want to return your Puricraft order?

If you need to return or change your order for any reason, our customer service team is always here to help!

If you have changed your mind, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. You can notify us of your decision by contacting us directly at orders@check-up.it, providing your order number and a proof of purchase or by using the withdrawal form.

If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund or any replacement.

The product must be shipped to Check Up Srl - Via del Lavoro, 63 31013 Codognè (TV) - Italy provided with the original box, within 14 days from the date of your notice of withdrawal. Shipping costs are your responsibility and are not subject to refund.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of acceptance or rejection of the return. Refunds will be made to the payment method used at checkout.

We do not accept returns for Aircub and Aircub Fresh fragrances and filters for Aircub Light once the relevant packaging has been opened.

If you have any problems with your Puricraft product, our service department will be happy to assist you. Please note that the legal warranty of conformity for our products is valid for any conformity defects that occur within 24 months after delivery of the products.

For replacement of a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@check-up.it. Once you receive our confirmation, you can ship the item to Check Up Srl - Via del Lavoro, 63 31013 Codognè (TV) - Italy.
